Overview of worm gear reducer
The body shape is designed by computer, and the torque of worm gear and the life of bearing are calculated by the most modern and precise technical program. The quality of the product is due to the adoption of techniques specifically for conformance to performance parameters and close inspection of product fabrication, processing, and finished products.
Worm gear
The overall shape of the worm is bronze "ZI". The shape of the reducer continues and the vibration amplitude is improved, and the torque transmission can be mild and gradual. The running state of the reducer is silent and without vibration.
Chassis
Reducer case is produced by modern die casting technology. The material is aluminum. The perfect smoothness of the chassis eliminates the possibility of painting the chassis because we do not paint the chassis. A combination of good appearance and good performance. The die casting case is equipped with a reinforcement frame, but does not change the weight of the fuselage, and ensures the strength, hardness, surface and heat dissipation of the case.
Bearing
Starting at No. 75, the tapered scroll shaft is used as the input shaft, which makes it easier to adjust the backslash. By this way, the radial load and axial load of the input shaft are obviously improved. The speed reducer should not be adjusted when it is running without noise and vibration, and the demand for maintenance will be greatly reduced. The conical scroll shaft can also be used as an output shaft, as required.
Lubricating oil
All worm reducers in the I-MI series use a lifetime lubricant designated by SITI, which replaces synthetic lubricants with synthetic oils. The use of synthetic oils can lead to better efficiency under limited conditions.
Reversibility
The reversible and irreversible transformations of the worm reducer can be used as a function of the optional structural parameters. Sometimes some special use requires its reversibility, while others require irreversibility. In order to solve the detailed and clear customer requirements, we suggest you contact the SITI engineering department.
running state
All the running conditions of this product are silent and free of vibration. Compared to other worm gear reducer, it is an efficient product and suitable for heavy workload.
Optional
Built in torque limiter
The customer can adjust the drive torque of the reducer by adjusting the nut on the torque limiter.
Double headed worm
All I-MI series reducers can be equipped with double headed worm.
Primary deceleration body
All worm gear reducers can be fitted with a forward deceleration device in the input position.
The front speed reduction device is divided into two forms:
P 63, 71, 80, 90
P 110
SITI pre reduction device until 90 is used with B14 aluminum body, flange to minimize body size. The advantage of this structural design is that it can be supplied as an individual piece and fitted to the input flange.
The P 110 is made of G 25 cast iron and can be connected between the reducer and the B5 flange.
