Motor is a small agricultural machinery commonly used supporting power. In operation, the bearing temperature is too high is one of the frequently occurring failures. When the motor is running, the outer ring temperature of the bearing is not allowed to exceed 95 DEG C, otherwise the temperature of the motor bearing is too high, and the bearing of the motor is also said to be hot.
Bearing heating is one of the most common faults of motor, and its harm is great. Light makes the oil dilution and leak, but the bearing will be damaged, which will cause economic losses to the users. The following causes of bearing heating and related treatment methods are briefly introduced:
(1) if the motor in operation is damaged, it will cause overheating of the motor bearings. At this point, check whether the ball bearings or ball bearings are damaged, if damaged, should be repaired or replaced.
(2) in the replacement of lubricating oil, if mixed with hard particles, impurities or bearings cleaning is not clean, it will cause more wear and tear of bearings, overheating, and even may damage bearings. The bearings and bearings shall be cleaned and replaced with lubricant, and the oil in the oil tank shall be filled to the 2/3.
(3) lack of oil in the bearing housing. The motor bearing is running short of oil for a long time, the friction loss is aggravated, and the bearing is overheated. Regular maintenance should be filled with lubricating oil, full of 2/3 oil room or add lubricating oil to the standard oil line, to avoid motor bearings lack oil operation.
(4) the grade of lubricating oil is wrong. Replace the correct brand of lubricant as soon as possible. General should choose No. 3 or no. 3 lithium calcium complex grease.
(5) the lubricating oil in the rolling bearing is blocked too much. Excess lubricant in rolling bearings should be removed.
(6) the lubricating oil has impurities, too dirty, too thick or the oil ring stuck. Should replace the lubricant, to identify the reasons for the repair, the oil viscosity is too large, should replace the oil.
(7) bearings and shafts, bearings and end cover with too loose or too tight. It will make the bearing deformation, too prone to run &rdquo “. When the bearing and the shaft are too loose, they can be coated with metal paint or inserted into the end cover, and should be re processed when it is too tight.
(8) the V belt is too tight and too loose, the coupling is not assembled properly, or the motor and the center of the mechanical shaft are not in the same line, so that the load of the bearing increases and the heating occurs. The tightness of V Belt should be adjusted to correct the coupling.
(9) due to improper assembly, fixed end cap screw tightness is not consistent, resulting in two axis center is not in a straight line or the outer ring of the bearing is not balanced, the bearing rotation is not flexible, with friction and heat load. Should be reassembled.
(10) both ends of the motor or bearing cover are not assembled, usually not parallel, resulting in the bearing is not in the correct position. The end cap or the bearing cap can be screwed flat and screwed.
(11) the type of bearing was changed when overhauling. Replace the correct type of bearing as soon as possible.
(12) bearing quality is poor, such as individual steel ball is not round, bearing internal and external ring rust, etc., should be adjusted or replaced bearings.
(13) when the motor vibration is too large, it will lead to the motor bearing wear increased, so that the bearing overheating. Motor vibration is too large due to a shell or foundation of low strength; uneven ground or screw loosening; bearing clearance is too large; the unbalance of the rotor or shaft bending deformation or loose core;; stator core is pressed tightly; the fan is not balanced; the transmission device adverse vibration mechanical load. The corresponding treatment methods: using the level testing of foundation reinforcement; whether the level of visual motor mounting angle and mechanical drag is appropriate, check the base or other fixed screw loosening; maintenance of bearings, it is necessary to change new correction; the dynamic balance of the rotor, shaft alignment correction; overlapping cores; check the core, and re compression; fan balance correction, corrective maintenance, the maintenance of transmission device; geometry; to find out the cause and eliminate the vibration of mechanical load.
(14) when the rotating part of the motor is rubbed against the stationary part, the bearing is partially worn and the load is increased, which makes the bearing overheated. The stator and rotor spinning mainly due to serious damage to the bearing shaft and the iron core; bending; motor end cover wear etc..
