First step
Confirm the motor and the speed reducer are in good condition before installation, and strictly check the size of all parts of the motor and the speed reducer is connected, here is the motor positioning boss and the input shaft and the reducer groove dimensions and tolerances.
Second steps
Unscrew the screws on the outer side of the flange of the reducer flange, adjust the clamping ring of the PCS system, align the side holes with the dust holes, and insert the inner six corners to tighten. After that, remove the motor shaft key.
Third steps
Connect the motor to the servo reducer. When connecting, it is necessary to ensure that the output shaft of the reducer is concentric with the input shaft of the motor, and the outer flanges of the two are parallel. Before connecting the motor to the servo reducer, the motor shaft keyway should be perpendicular to the tension bolt.
